A Warm Welcome
From booking to arrival and throughout your stay, Tuscan native Francesco (“Franci”) Goracci ensures that your time at Villa Ardore feels like home. Franci and his partner, Massimo, have the inside scoop on Tuscany’s day and nightlife and will arrange any detail you request to your satisfaction, as well as make tasteful suggestions and compose authentic experiences.
Gentlemen’s Week during Pride Month invites you to explore Florence, Siena, and San Gimignano and relax at the villa with authentically Tuscan dining experiences. Chef Robert Miceli, a Michelin-level chef has composed a menu featuring wine pairings from our sommelier-procured cellar. Our master pizzaiolo will demonstrate the artistry of Italian pizza with an evening of hands-on pizza making.
At Home
Your host, Francesco will welcome you in Tuscan style with an aperitivo as you settle in and get acquainted with the property. Tour the grounds and explore the curated wine cellar, antique Parisian bar, grand salon and fireplace, culinary gardens, spacious pool deck and party pavilion, and the villa‘s private Roman spa.
Master Pizzaiolo
A favourite experience of guests at the Villa is a lively evening of pizza making with our master pizzaiolo Gianluca. Our wood-fired oven cooks a perfectly crispy crust while you relax with new friends on the loggia enjoying our Villa Ardore house Chianti & Bianco wines.
Chef Roberto
Chef Roberto Miceli will prepare an innovative menu that celebrates the heritage of the region’s cuisine coupled with sommelier-procured wine pairings from our cellar.
A private dining experience at Villa Ardore makes our guests feel like they truly are relaxing in their own homes.
The creativity of our chef never ceases to delight, showcasing farm-to-table ingredients and seasonal expressions of life in Tuscany.
Poggio Amorelli
Be immersed in the flavors and scents of Tuscany’s culinary heritage. Enjoy wine selections paired with regionally produced sheep’s milk cheeses and homemade jams, handmade pasta with freshly grated truffles, or organic vegetables harvested from the winery’s garden as well as homemade desserts.
Begin or end with a guided tour of the private cellar and learn about the wine-making processes of fermentation and barrel aging. Soak in the countryside and inspiring vineyard views.
The Spa At
Our Roman spa features a sunken 10-person whirlpool. Before or after a massage on a private stone terrace, enjoy a steam, take comfort in our sensory shower, or have a sweat in our dry sauna.

The Festa di San Giovanni parade is a time machine to the medieval era. Hundreds of Florentines don medieval costumes and parade through the ancient city. Later, dine with rooftop views of the fireworks display over the Arno.
